Database-specific GHG, compute and concordance metadata.

Returns an independent dictionary from the central database registry. Compute presets describe parser preferences, not current session settings. The selected GHG profile is autodetected from source/name metadata, rather than a record of the last explicit calc_ghg profile argument.

This property describes a parsed model. To inspect a family before parsing, call mario.get_database_profile() with its family name. ghg["selected_profile"] is autodetected from source/name metadata; compute["parser_presets"] describes parser preferences, while mario.download_settings()["compute"] reports the active session.
