Calculate the SUT use flows matrix U.

Parameters:

  • u (pandas.DataFrame) – Use coefficients, with commodity rows and activity columns.

  • Xa (pandas.DataFrame or pandas.Series) – Activity production, indexed exactly like the columns of u. A DataFrame must have one column.

Returns:

Use flows, with the commodity rows and activity columns of u.

Return type:

pandas.DataFrame
