Calculate the Vc commodity-side value added flows matrix.

Parameters:

• vc (pandas.DataFrame) – Direct value added coefficients, with factors on rows and commodity nodes on columns.

• Xc (pandas.DataFrame) – Commodity production vector. Its index must match vc.columns.

Returns:

Commodity-side flows, with the same index and columns as vc.

Return type:

pandas.DataFrame
